Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 7 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you book or attend a session at Twelve Meridian, M10, Ground Floor, Sector 11, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, and when you use this website. The business is operated by Firstore Private Limited. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

2. What our sessions are, and aren't

Our sessions aim to relieve and manage muscle and joint pain. We use cupping, trigger point release (acupressure), Theragun, guided dynamic movement and mobility work.

Twelve Meridian is a wellness centre. Our sessions aren't medical care, and they don't replace a doctor's advice.
Everyone responds differently, so we can't promise a particular result or number of sessions. We'll always give you our honest view.

3. Your health and safety

Before your first session, and whenever something changes, please tell us about:

anything about your health that could matter, such as a heart problem, diabetes, or a bleeding or skin problem
blood-thinning tablets
pregnancy
a recent operation, fall, broken bone or implant

We may adapt a session, or decide not to go ahead, if we think it isn't safe for you. If you have pain after a fall, a pop, swelling, or numbness that spreads, see a doctor before booking.

Cupping usually leaves round marks on the skin. They are normal and fade within a few days to a week. Some soreness for a day or two after a session is also normal. If anything worries you after a session, contact us, and see a doctor if needed.

4. Bookings, cancellations and late arrival

You can book by phone or WhatsApp on 098713 10315.
Cancellations and rescheduling: please tell us at least 3 hours before your session, so we can offer the slot to someone else. After repeated late cancellations or no-shows, we may ask you to pay in advance for future bookings.
If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your session so the next client isn't kept waiting.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must give consent.

5. Prices, packs and payment

Sessions start from ₹599. We'll confirm the price before your session begins.
Session packs: valid for 3 months (4 sessions) or 6 months (8 sessions) from your first session, for one person only. Unused sessions aren't refundable; if you're unwell or travelling, tell us and we'll look at extending your pack.
Payment: at the centre by cash, UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe or Paytm. A single session is paid on the day; a pack is paid in full at its first session.
Prices may change, but a change never affects a pack you've already paid for.
