Offline Therapy Consent

You certify that all information provided to us is true and correct to the best of your knowledge.

You grant your consent to Twelve Meridian and its staff to render wellness and therapy treatments as deemed necessary by the wellness practitioner or therapy provider.

If you are a minor under the age of eighteen (18) at the date of treatment, the parent or legal guardian grants consent for treatment.

The patient may refuse treatment at any time.

Twelve Meridian reserves the right to deny care if deemed inappropriate and/or due to potential misuse of services.

Products and Services

The Services may refer to certain goods or services (“Products”), including wellness products, digital products, educational materials, recorded sessions, PDFs, and online learning content.

We make no representations as to the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of product descriptions, images, references, features, or specifications, and such information may change at any time without notice.

It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws regarding the use or possession of any Product.

Digital Products & Academy Access

Twelve Meridian may provide digital products including downloadable PDFs, recorded video sessions, educational materials, online courses, memberships, and access to Twelve Meridian Academy (“Digital Products”).

All Digital Products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

Users may not:

• Reproduce
• Redistribute
• Resell
• Share
• Upload
• Publish
• Screen record
• Copy
• Modify
• Commercially exploit
• Publicly display
• Transmit
• Share account access

any Digital Product or Academy content without prior written permission from Twelve Meridian.

Unauthorized distribution, piracy, credential sharing, duplication, recording, or reproduction of any Digital Product or Academy content is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Immediate termination of access
• Permanent suspension of account
• Legal action
• Copyright infringement claims
• Financial damages and penalties under applicable law

All Digital Products, Academy content, branding, educational systems, graphics, PDFs, videos, frameworks, and materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Twelve Meridian and/or its licensors.

Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and instant content access, all purchases of Digital Products, downloadable materials, recorded sessions, online courses, memberships, and Academy access are final and non-refundable.

Users are advised to thoroughly review all product details, descriptions, requirements, and compatibility before making a purchase.

By completing a purchase, the user acknowledges and agrees that no refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or chargebacks will be provided once payment has been successfully processed.

Therapy Sessions Refund Timeframes

• 5-Session Package: Refund requests may be submitted within three (3) days from purchase.
• 10-Session Package: Refund requests may be submitted within five (5) days from purchase.
• 30-Session Package: Refund requests may be submitted within seven (7) days from purchase.

Refund Calculation

If any sessions have already been attended, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the cost of attended sessions at the standard individual session rate.

Non-Transferable Packages

Therapy packages are non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.

Physical Products

Refund requests for physical products may be submitted within fourteen (14) days of delivery provided the product has not been used, damaged, or altered.

Refunds will not be issued for products that are damaged, altered, or misused by the customer.

User Accounts

You may need to register an account to access portions of the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Accounts are intended for individual use only.

Sharing account credentials or providing access to purchased content or Academy materials to other individuals is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

Transactions and Payments

Certain Services may require payment.

By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Prices, currencies, offers, discounts, and availability may change without notice.

You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the Services.
